Double Strainger is a blog, Facebook page and Instagram-feed on cocktails and spirits, started as a hobby by Geert Conard in january 2016. On this blog you will find tasty cocktail recipes, articles about new spirits, and personal stories about visits to cocktailbars, distilleries and drinks-events.
We also do occasional reviews of restaurants and hotels, of course with our primary focus on drinks.
It's our mission to raise interest for cocktails for the general public. We want them to experiment with easy cocktails at home or enjoy top quality cocktails in the best cocktailbars.
Important : All recipes on this blog were kept as simple as possible, to give you the opportunity to make them at home !
Our best photos will appear on our very popular Instagram-page. On our Facebook page you will find a lot of extra's : Links to interesting articles, albums with extra photos, check-in's at events etc.
We often receive free bottles to review of get free access to selected fairs or exclusive events. Our articles are always objective and 100% our own opinion. Our articles are not guided by suppliers or producers. In most cases we are not paid for our time. Whenever we receive a payment for writing a review, we will mention it clearly in the article.
Next to the blog, we also added workshops and bar consulting for the Belgian market.
