Let’s do another one, this is a variation on the Brooklyn Eagle.
Tennessee Eagle
Ingredients
6 cl Jack Daniel’s Old Nr. 7
3 cl Punt e Mes Sweet vermouth
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml fresh lime juice
Method
Add everything to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously during 20 seconds. Fine strain in a tumbler with a nice block of ice.
